DeepVision3
The first product released by OPT was DeepVision3 software, which was presented by Dr. Gao Hongchao, the head of Deep Learning R&D. The newly upgraded DeepVision3 breaks through the limitations of traditional AI project implementation such as long cycle, high threshold, high cost and poor versatility, and realizes key technological innovations in the three dimensions of efficiency, flexibility and ease of use.

In the dimension of high efficiency, DeepVision3 is based on small-sample learning and reduces the degree of image dependence through image augmentation and algorithm enhancement, reducing the amount of data by 90%, while the speed of in-depth image generation is increased by more than 3 times, and the training cycle can be shortened to 30 minutes; it is also lightweighted by the model, which speeds up the classification and detection tasks by more than 20 times under the premise of guaranteeing the accuracy.

In the flexibility dimension, DeepVision3 has developed a universal inspection model for 3C and lithium batteries, which can realize one-click model change for similar processes, highly fit the factory model, and support multi-person collaboration, multi-process analysis and other functions. In addition, DeepVision3 includes 8 task types and 15 core functions, which make labeling and segmentation more intelligent, efficient and easy to operate.

Based on the development experience of intelligent code reader and 3D sensor, OPT launched 6 series of new products, including photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, grating sensors, safety sensors, logistics readers, and specialized sensors.
